Energy and carbon, on every commission

On every design or assessment we produce, we present the lower energy and lower carbon option alongside the conventional one, with the numbers: predicted energy use, capital cost, whole life cost and payback. We do this whether or not you asked for it, and at no additional fee.

We do not claim that every design we produce will achieve a particular energy performance. Predicted performance depends on how a building is built, commissioned and operated, and we will tell you plainly which of those are outside our control.
