A fixed-price review that tells you, in five working days, whether ESOS applies to you, what your Phase 4 obligations are, and the cleanest route to compliance before the December 2027 deadline.
A written ESOS Phase 4 Readiness Review report: a clear qualification decision, your obligations, the compliance route we recommend, and the deadline you are working to.
The Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme Regulations 2014 (SI 2014/1643), as amended. The ISO 50001 and DEC and EPC routes are assessed where relevant.
We test whether you qualify against the ESOS thresholds, map your total energy consumption, identify the 95 percent significant-consumption coverage, assess whether the ISO 50001 or DEC route reduces your audit burden, and confirm whether a full assessment with a registered Lead Assessor is required and by when.
Produced by a named engineer, independently checked by a second engineer, and approved before issue. Where a full ESOS assessment follows, it is led and signed off by a registered ESOS Lead Assessor.
Five working days from the complete data set.
From GBP 1,095, fixed.
Guide price, ex-VAT. Indicative only, dependent on the sector and the specifics of your building or asset, and it varies case by case. Your firm price is confirmed in a written quote before work begins.
Firm quote in two working days. Send us the scope today and you get a fixed price and a firm delivery date within two working days. If we miss it, the first day of work is free.
The two working days run from the point at which we have the minimum scope information listed on this page. If something is missing we tell you the same day what it is.
This is a readiness review, not the full ESOS assessment and not the Lead Assessor notification to the Environment Agency. Those are scoped and quoted separately once your route is confirmed. It does not include site surveys or metering installation.
Who signs. For every commission we appoint a named engineer of record licensed in the jurisdiction of the project. Their name, registration number and the verification record are provided at proposal stage. Internal design verification is the responsibility of our Technical Director, named to you at proposal stage.
References. We do not publish client or partner names. Project references are provided at proposal stage, with our clients' consent. What you can evaluate before then: our verification process, the worked examples published on this site, and the engineering calculators we have built and made freely available.
Capacity. NOVTRIQ operates a partner-enabled delivery network capable of supporting more than 100 concurrent project workstreams. Every commission has a named project manager from day one to handover, working in a single project record.
