This is a desktop review, not a measured noise survey or a site survey. If drawings are unavailable or the structure is uncertain, a site survey is quoted separately. It does not include the heat pump system design, the pipework, or the MCS installation certificate.
Who signs. For every commission we appoint a named engineer of record licensed in the jurisdiction of the project. Their name, registration number and the verification record are provided at proposal stage. Internal design verification is the responsibility of our Technical Director, named to you at proposal stage.
