Discipline clashes surface on site, where they cost the most to fix. Material and labour estimates are produced by people who have never had to build to them. The cost of that is not the fee. How fast

• Firm quote in two working days. Send us the scope and you get a fixed price and a firm delivery date within two working days. If we miss it, the first day of work is free.
• First response from an engineer within two hours on any working day. Not an acknowledgement from a mailbox.
• Cross-discipline coordination review: ten working days from the complete drawing set.
• Single discipline assessments and calculations: five working days from the complete data set.

Every timescale runs from the complete information set. If something is missing, we tell you the same day what it is.

Who is accountable for what

We are accountable for the work we produce and for the coordination of the package. Where a design is produced by another party, including a partner you have nominated, that party remains responsible for their own design. We are responsible for reviewing it, reporting what we find, and telling you plainly what we could not verify and why. We will not tell you we have taken on someone else's liability. Anyone who does has not read their own insurance.

How the work is controlled

Every deliverable is produced by a named engineer, checked by a second engineer who did not carry out the work, and approved by our Technical Director before issue. That process is our quality management system and it is operated on every commission, regardless of size.
