What we do

Studies, assessments, peer reviews, independent design checks, commissioning management and compliance work across mechanical, electrical, structural, energy and control disciplines. Every commission produces a named document, not an open-ended advisory relationship. Each service page states exactly what you receive, which standard it is produced to, what we need from you, how long it takes and what it costs.

How we deliver

We work through a managed network of partner practices, so capacity scales to the commission rather than the commission being trimmed to fit our capacity. Every commission is assigned a project manager on day one and keeps that manager through to handover, working in a single project record. If a project manager changes, the replacement is current within a day, because the record is the project, not the person.

How the work is controlled

Nothing leaves this practice without an independent internal check by a second engineer and a technical approval. Where a project sits in a jurisdiction that reserves engineering sign off to locally licensed professionals, we appoint a named engineer of record licensed in that jurisdiction, and we tell you who they are at proposal stage. Who leads the practice, and who is responsible for technical quality

Steluta Istudor, Founder, leads the practice. Design verification and technical approval are the responsibility of our Technical Director, who is named to you at proposal stage together with the engineer of record for your jurisdiction.

Our engineers

Engineers who deliver our commissions hold Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Incorporated Engineer (IEng) registration with the Engineering Council, across structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines. Our team includes members of the Chartered Institute of Building, the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Institution of Engineering and Technology, the Chartered Management Institute, and the Institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate.

What we do not do

We do not currently take commissions in the United States or Canada. We do not publish client names, project references or partner names; these are provided at proposal stage, with their consent. We do not take on work we cannot verify to our own standard.
