Work we do for free

Every quarter we carry out one engineering assessment at no charge for a school, community building, place of worship or charity that could not otherwise commission one. The deliverable is the same as a paid one: same method, same internal check, same standard.

We do this because a condition survey or an energy assessment is often the missing piece of a funding application, and the organisations that need it most are the ones without a budget for it.
